Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for educational consultations and custom research briefs sold by Solana Ecosystem Atlas Ltd. Payment is arranged by invoice — not through this website.

Consultation sessions

Full refund

You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time.

Partial refund

Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the session receive a 50% refund or one free reschedule within 30 days, at our discretion.

No refund

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session
• No-shows without prior notice
• Sessions already delivered, including when you leave early by choice

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a £25 administrative fee.

Custom research briefs

Before work begins

If you cancel after accepting a quote but before we begin substantive research, we refund any amount paid minus a £50 scoping fee if a scoping call occurred.

After work begins

Once research and writing begin, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed to date per the agreed milestone schedule.

Delivery revisions

Briefs include one round of reasonable revisions within the original scope. Additional revision rounds are quoted separately.

Deposits

Deposits for briefs over £400 are non-refundable once preparation begins. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by you), you may request a full deposit refund or an extension at no charge.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions for serious illness or emergencies when documented. Contact us promptly to discuss.

How to request a refund

Email hello@content-hemlockfield.click with your booking reference, session date, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within three business days.
