By accessing the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

We provide independent educational resources and live consultations about the Solana blockchain ecosystem. Our materials and sessions are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from our Site or sessions.

3. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Solana Labs, the Solana Foundation, or any Solana protocol or project unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific collaboration.

4. Intellectual property

Content on the Site — including text, graphics, maps, and downloadable PDFs — is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, or use our services to facilitate unlawful activity. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Bookings and payment

Consultation fees are quoted individually or listed on our Rates page. Payment terms are confirmed by email before sessions. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due before delivery. Late payment may result in cancellation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or reliance on our materials for regulated activities without appropriate professional counsel.
